Results of the online auctions held on March 27

A total of 764 lots were put up for online auction. Also, 291 lots with an initial price of 35 billion UZS were sold for 67.4 billion UZS.

State-owned enterprise assets:

• Quantity: 42
• Initial price: 8.3 billion UZS
• Sold price: 10.9 billion UZS

Land plots:

• Quantity: 91
• Initial price: 23.2 billion UZS
• Sold price: 52.4 billion UZS
• Total area: 21.6 hectares

In Tashkent city, in the New Tashkent area, a 0.96-hectare land plot intended for the construction of 60% residential and 40% non-residential buildings (with lease rights), initially priced at 9.6 billion UZS, was sold for 37.5 billion UZS.

Agricultural land:

• Quantity: 94
• Initial price: 1.6 billion UZS
• Sold price: 1.6 billion UZS
• Total area: 695.2 hectares

Others:

• Quantity: 64
• Initial price: 1.9 billion UZS
• Sold price: 2.5 billion UZS

A total of 640 legal entities and individuals participated in the auctions.

Currently, 110,424 lots with a total value of 23.1 trillion UZS have been put up for sale.
