• area: 7.7 hectares

In Surkhandarya region, Termiz district, a 0.65-hectare land plot designated for the construction of multi-storey residential buildings based on a master plan, with a starting price of 1.4 billion UZS, was sold for 1.6 billion UZS on a leasehold basis.
