On July 14, regular online auctions were successfully held on the "E-AUKSION" electronic trading platform. A total of 474 lots were put up for auction.
According to the results, 316 lots with a total starting price of 17.4 billion UZS were sold to investors and entrepreneurs for 21.9 billion UZS. A total of 602 legal entities and individuals actively participated in the bidding.

During the auctions, the following high-potential properties in the regions were sold at competitive prices:

Samarkand Region, Nurabad District: A land plot intended for the establishment of modern roadside service facilities along international highways, with a starting price of 0.3 billion UZS, was sold for 0.4 billion UZS.

Khorezm Region, Urgench District: A land plot for the construction of multi-story residential buildings based on the approved master plan, with a starting price of 0.2 billion UZS, was purchased by an investor for 0.3 billion UZS.

Jizzakh Region, Jizzakh City: Non-residential property in the city area, with a starting price of 0.5 billion UZS, was sold for 0.9 billion UZS after highly competitive bidding.
Active Offers in Current Bidding
Today, investment opportunities across the country have been significantly expanded for businesses and citizens. Currently, there are 113,265 active lots with a total starting value of 31 trillion UZS available for online bidding on the "E-AUKSION" platform.
