On July 16, regular online auctions were successfully held on the "E-AUKSION" electronic trading platform. A total of 614 lots were put up for auction.
According to the results, 550 lots with a total starting price of 55.3 billion UZS were sold to investors and entrepreneurs for 60 billion UZS. A total of 1,283 legal entities and individuals actively participated in the bidding.

During the auctions, the following high-potential properties in the regions were sold at highly competitive prices:

Samarkand Region, Samarkand City: A warehouse building on the balance sheet of the regional department of the State Assets Management Agency, with a starting price of 12.7 billion UZS, was sold for 13.3 billion UZS.

Samarkand Region, Samarkand City (Lease): Premises in the building on the balance sheet of the school, with a starting annual lease price of 0.02 billion UZS, were leased for 0.3 billion UZS.

Khorezm Region, Urgench District: A land plot of 28 sotoks, intended for the construction of multi-story residential buildings and complexes based on the approved master plan, with a starting price of 0.5 billion UZS, was purchased by an investor for 0.6 billion UZS.

Fergana Region, Uchkuprik District: In the category of execution of judicial documents, an individual residential house with a starting price of 0.4 billion UZS was sold for 1.9 billion UZS after intense bidding.

Currently, there are 113,141 active lots with a total starting value of 29.5 trillion UZS available for online bidding on the "E-AUKSION" platform. Businesses and investors can register on the platform and apply for the properties of their interest.
