• Combined starting price: 39.9 billion UZS

• Final sales price: 52.9 billion UZS

• Key transaction: A commercial land plot designated for the construction of a cotton processing enterprise in the Mirishkor district of Kashkadarya region was sold for 5.1 billion UZS against a starting price of 4.8 billion UZS.

• Key transaction: An XCMG diesel specialized mobile truck crane offered in the city of Jizzakh, Jizzakh region, with a baseline price of 1.1 billion UZS, closed bidding successfully at 1.4 billion UZS.
