On July 9 of this year, another round of online auctions successfully concluded on the "E-AUKSION" electronic trading platform. A total of 1,231 legal entities and individuals participated in the bidding processes.
During the trading session, 495 new lots were listed for auction. Additionally, 514 lots with a combined starting price of 29.4 billion UZS were successfully realized for a total amount of 43.6 billion UZS.

State Assets Section: A non-residential building located in Khiva, Khorezm region, held on the balance sheet of the Khorezm Regional Department of the State Assets Management Agency, was sold for 1.8 billion UZS (starting price: 1.3 billion UZS).

Land Plots Section: A land plot for the construction of office buildings in the Sergeli district of Tashkent city was realized for 2.2 billion UZS (starting price: 1.9 billion UZS). Furthermore, a land plot for the construction of manufacturing enterprises in the Pastdargom district of Samarkand region was sold for 1.8 billion UZS (starting price: 1.7 billion UZS).

Judicial Acts Enforcement Section: An apartment in a multi-story residential building located in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent city, with a starting price of 0.6 billion UZS, was sold for 1.9 billion UZS.

Other Categories Section: The commercial right to conduct geological exploration at the "Suvliq-18" granite mine in the Nurota district of Navoiy region was acquired for 1.1 billion UZS (starting price: 0.1 billion UZS).
Currently, 113,637 lots with a cumulative starting value of 31.6 trillion UZS remain open for bidding on the "E-AUKSION" platform.
