Key Regional Highlights:
• Sirdaryo Region: A commercial store on the balance sheet of "Golden stroy systems" LLC located in Gulistan city, with a starting price of 0.4 billion UZS, was sold for 0.5 billion UZS.
• Samarkand Region: A land plot of 19 acres (sotix) in the Urgut district, designated for the construction of multi-story residential buildings, with a starting price of 0.4 billion UZS, was sold for 3.7 billion UZS.
