Lease of state property
A building located on the premises of the Andijan Regional Department for Youth Affairs of the Agency for Youth Affairs, with an initial annual rental price of 66 million UZS, was leased for 73 million UZS.
Property of enterprises with state participation
A non-residential building belonging to JSCB “Uzpromstroybank” in Bukhara city, with a starting price of 32.3 billion UZS, was sold for 45.2 billion UZS.
Land plots
A land plot in Yangihayot district of Tashkent city intended for establishing construction industry enterprises, with a starting price of 6.1 billion UZS, was sold for 6.4 billion UZS.
A land plot in Almalyk city of Tashkent region intended for establishing clinics, dispensaries and pharmacies, with a starting price of 2.5 billion UZS, was sold for 5.5 billion UZS.
