- in the Yangi Tashkent area, the right to conclude an investment agreement for purchasing an apartment in the multi-storey residential buildings of the “Sharq Bahori” project, with a starting price of UZS 888 million, was sold for UZS 933 million.

- in Yakkasaray District of Tashkent, a land plot designated for an open-air parking facility, with a starting price of UZS 1.1 billion, was sold for UZS 1.2 billion.
