On November 2 of this year, in execution of Order No. 380 issued by the Director of the State Assets Management Agency on October 20, 2026, a training seminar was held to strengthen executive discipline and improve operational efficiency within the electronic system.
The leadership and key staff of the Samarkand Regional Department of the State Assets Management Agency actively participated in the event via video conferencing (Zoom).
During the seminar, the following core topics were discussed in detail:

Enhancing the quality of handling applications from individuals and legal entities, as well as ensuring strict executive discipline;

Timely, accurate, and fully compliant entry of data into the unified electronic system in accordance with established standards;

Operational procedures for using system features and optimizing practical workflows.
Key experts from the Ministry of Justice and "UNICON-SOFT" LLC delivered presentations explaining the capabilities of the electronic system, addressing technical and operational challenges, and offering effective solutions.
At the end of the seminar, participants received detailed responses to their questions regarding system administration and workflow execution.
